My visit spanned 3 nights. The location proved ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. I enjoyed views of the sea and Mount Etna from my room. The breakfast offered a solid continental selection. I found the room to be clean and adequately sized.
The bathroom lacked a dedicated spot for toiletries, a slight inconvenience (easily overlooked though).

i found valet parking very convenient, especially with limited street parking available. the shuttle service to the lido was reliable, and the beach offered exclusive perks. the staff even assisted me with using their office computer when i needed to send work emails, and i found this helpful.
the air conditioning functioned only as a heater, not ideal for the warmer weather and a bit disappointing.

the hotel is situated perfectly near shops and restaurants. i enjoyed having easy access to both. the location made exploring the historical part of the town VERY convenient, because all the sights were within a short walk.

the first floor rooms arent updated. it smelled like mildew there. i had to ask for a new room because of the smell. the hotel said they couldnt move me that night, but they did it the next day.

The breakfast service was really good and the food was very good. valet parking was convenient. I left my car by the entrance. i did not have to worry about parking.
My room was advertised as garden view! it overlooked tennis courts. the air conditioning only functioned as a heater. This was not ideal for warmer weather.
